The Uniflow-III Precision Powder Dispenser is a key component in the workshop of any ammunition elaborator, allowing the shells to be primed with powder in an accurate, repeatable and safe manner. The steel powder dispensing sleeve has a micrometer screw, which allows precise adjustment of the weight change with an accuracy of 0.1 to 0.3 gran. The powder hopper features a powder pressure equalizing insert to ensure accurate and repeatable powder metering. The NG's antistatic, threaded reservoir is large enough to hold half a pound of powder. The UPM-III allows the use of a single metering cylinder for both rifle and pistol powder (from 0.5 to 95 gr.). The new threaded reservoir makes disassembly for cleaning quick and convenient.
The RCBS M500 98915 mechanical scale has a classic pan design, based on a solid cast aluminum body, which reduces vibration and ensures precision measurement. On one side of the base is a puck used for leveling the scale relative to the ground. The scale's arm has a double-sided scale with a black background and white markings, which allows the weight of the powder to be read up to 505 gran. The scale has a magnetic damping system, a precision indicator, and a brass pan with a double-sided handle for right- and left-handed users. Each scale is factory calibrated to an accuracy of +/- 1/10 of a gran.
The manual primer tray is a sturdy device that allows quick and safe seating of small and large primers. The device consists of a tray for primers (large and small), a locking shell holder and a spring-loaded cast metal grip.
