The holster was hand sewn from 4 mm thick embossed cowhide leather subjected to vegetable tanning process. In this western holster we can carry a Remington revolver with a 5.5" barrel. The holsters are made of krupon - the strongest and at the same time the most expensive part of leather. Krupon is only 45% of the surface of the entire ox hide, located along the back on both sides of the spine. Unlike the less strong skin on the sides, the skin on the nape is stretchy and covered with scrambles (striations). Thanks to the process of vegetable tanning, the leather has an intense depth of color and a texture that is pleasant to the touch.
