The secret of AnySharp® sharpeners is the triangular sharpening plates made of tungsten carbide, which is an extremely durable material formed by the synthesis of metallic tungsten and carbon at temperatures up to 2000 °C . The hardness of this material is compared to diamond, the hardest material on Earth. It is for this reason that the cutting of the knife blade is possible and effective. The plates are made entirely of tungsten carbide, thanks to which they surpass the competition in terms of service life. The sharpener is equipped with a rubber suction cup with a PowerGrip® lever, which provides stability and a more precise sharpening process. The sharpener has a simple design with a marble-like finish.
How to sharpen a knife?
Place the sharpener on the countertop, press down and, lowering the lever, attach it to the surface. Knives are pulled between the plates, pressing gently, in the "towards each other" direction, until the right sharpness is achieved.

AnySharp® sharpeners can be used for most smooth and serrated kitchen knives, such as bread knives, made of carbon steel, stainless steel and also titanium.
