Product description

An extended fish smoking hook that allows us to spread the carcass in a way that guarantees an even and effective effect of smoke on the meat. Based on 308L stainless steel, the inverted V-shaped design guarantees us the corrosion resistance and hygiene required for tools used in working with food. The most important element here, however, is the thoughtful distribution of the attachment points - the arrangement of the hooks means that we can efficiently tighten the filleted fish, exposing the inside of its abdominal cavity to guarantee full access of smoke to the meat. The hook can be at the highest temperature of 120°C.
