Not every situation requires us to have a high-powered LED - sometimes it is definitely more important to be efficient and ready for any situation. The Fenix E-STAR emergency flashlight guarantees us the possibility to use as many as three ways of power supply, making it perfect for conditions with limited access to energy - whether staying in isolated areas or during power outages. The use of replaceable AA-type cells, the ability to manually power the flash light and more everyday charging via USB-C will allow the flashlight to work in literally any situation.
The Fenix E-STAR flashlight offers the user:- The ability to be powered in three ways guaranteeing us operation in all conditions
- AA cell storage allowing us to use a rechargeable battery as well as batteries
- USB-C port allowing recharging in case of battery use
- A lever that allows us to manually generate power in emergency situations
- Capacitor that allows you to collect current from manual charging
- Locking lever and switch to eliminate the risk of accidental activation
- Optical system that provides an evenly illuminating, dense beam of light
- White LED with a maximum flux of 100 lm
- Lightweight polymer body featuring IP24 splash resistance
- Can be powered by rechargeable battery or popular AA-type alkaline batteries
- Included GP rechargeable battery characterized by low self-discharge
- Battery charge status indicator in the form of a colored LED in the button
- Size for easy storage and convenient carrying
To ensure that we can operate regardless of restrictions on access to power sources, the Fenix E-STAR emergency flashlight has been equipped with a lever that will guarantee us the possibility of manual recharging. Importantly, however, the model has also received a capacitor that allows us to store the generated energy - unlike standard lever models, it is not necessary to constantly press the lever while lighting.

Other, more standard power sources have also been thoughtfully solved. The device has a tray adapted to use AA-size cells. Therefore, we can put in it both commercially available "stick" batteries and a rechargeable battery - such as the included GP Ni-MH. In the second case, the device will also allow us to recharge it using the integrated USB-C port - this will come in handy in everyday situations and in preparing the flashlight for long-term storage. Thanks to the low self-discharge of the included battery, the Fenix E-STAR will be perfect as part of a survival kit or BOB backpack.

The model uses an LED with a maximum output of 100 lumens, equipped with a lens that forms the light into a uniform beam. It is worth noting here that when using the manual power mode, the flashlight can shine at maximum in Mid mode, thus offering a useful 60 lumens. The E-STAR is equipped with an on/off switch lock to eliminate the risk of accidentally turning on the flashlight in luggage, as well as a temperature switch to protect the model from overheating. The battery charge indicator, on the other hand, will allow us to quickly verify the state of charge of the battery so that we can be sure that the flashlight is ready for operation. The housing of the device to keep the weight as low as possible has been made of polymer and sealed to IP24 standard, which guarantees splash resistance.
