Borniak smoking hook type 21 is equipped with a triple blade and strut. Thanks to this, the fish can be comfortably suspended, being sure that it will not close during smoking. As a result, the fish will smoke from both the outside and the inside, giving up all the moisture, making their meat tender and tasty.

The hooks have been profiled so that during smoking the fish will not twist and fall off. The use of acid-resistant steel with a diameter of 3 mm increases the life of the tools.
