The weapon uses a tapered lock with 2 bolts and a sliding extractor claw, making reloading the weapon extremely smooth and light. The breech chamber has threaded holes for seating optics.
The Bergara B14 Ridge uses a fiberglass-reinforced polymer bed, resistant to weather and mechanical damage. The German-profiled flask is finished with a rubberized CrushZone Recoil pad (flask foot), which effectively absorbs recoil energy. SoftTouch coating applied to the entire stock ensures excellent grip of the weapon even in harsh weather conditions. The bed of the rifle has a hand-painted camouflage, while the barrel of the weapon is protected by Cerakote thermosetting paint, so the repeater is perfectly protected from the weather.
The rifle uses an 18" barrel (1:10 thread) made of 4140 CrMo steel with a gray Cerakote paint finish. When the ammunition is selected, the manufacturer guarantees a focus of 1 MOA at a distance of 100 meters.
