The Sencut Crowley head is made of D2 steel. The material contains 13% chromium and is hardened to 59-61 HRC. As a result, it is hard and tough, and the chromium protects against corrosion to a degree unparalleled among other high-carbon steels. In addition, D2 holds an edge well, and the high carbide content in the microstructure makes the material resistant to abrasion.

Sencut Crowley features a Drop Point type blade. The pronounced belly of the cutting edge, the not-too-thick blade and the high concave grind make the folder cut perfectly. This makes it an ideal companion for simple household chores or nature outings. The back of the blade is notched, so you can confidently rest your thumb there, making it easier to work with precision and manipulate the knife.
Stonewash
Thanks to the Stonewash finish, the blade is stained gray and covered with irregular, fine scratches, which mask well the subsequent scratches that occur during normal use of the knife.

The folder is equipped with ceramic ball bearings, which significantly support the operation of the knife's opening mechanism.
Sencut Crowley is equipped with a button lock. It is released by pressing a button located on one of the facings. Under the lock button there is a spring, which ensures that the folder will not open by itself.
The knife can be opened in three ways: by gravity, when the lock is released; by a thumb stud or by a special index-finger flipper. The latter, when opened, also forms a kind of guard, preventing the hand from slipping on the blade. It is worth adding that thanks to the button lock the knife can be simply played with, which is a lot of fun.

Made of Micarta, a composite material of canvas compressed under pressure with synthetic resin. The edges of the linings are smooth and provide an ergonomic, comfortable grip. Thanks to the open-backed design, the knife can be easily cleaned.
