Walther MK40 - pocket folding knife in 440C stainless steel
Walther MK40 is a pocket edcfolder designed for simple everyday tasks. The satin-finished 440C stainless steel drop-point blade unfolds using a traditional technique, i.e. a nail cutout. The 440C stainless steel head has good cutting edge retention, and its sharpening is easy and requires no experience.
The knife is equipped with a solid Liner Lock lock
The short wide blade will be great for opening packages, cutting cardboard boxes, string and other undemanding tasks that we often have to deal with during our daily activities. A transverse groove (jimping) was made on the back of the blade, providing a stable point of support for the thumb or index finger. The knife uses a steel liner-lock, which prevents the blade from folding during use.
Non-slip liners for a secure grip
The knife's handle is formed by liner-mounted G10 plastic liners. The liners have anatomical cutouts for 3 fingers, which provide a comfortable and secure grip on the knife regardless of the size of the hand. As befits a thoroughbred edc knife, the Walther MK40 has a spring-loaded deep carry clip, allowing you to carry the knife comfortably in your pocket. The manufacturer has included a nylon pouch, which allows you to carry the knife discreetly on your belt.
