An upgraded version of the proven P2P PGS gas thrower equipped with a reduced pistol grip for even more efficient concealed carry, and an integrated flashlight for efficient illumination of the attacker. The low weight and pocket-sized design allow the thrower to be conveniently carried in a jacket pocket, women's purse or hip pouch.
The P2P PGS has a polymer construction that incorporates many of the solutions used in firearms, including an enlarged bail that allows the device to be operated with winter gloves, a grip fuse and a contoured handle with a non-slip texture.
Replaceable gas cartridge
Unlike a traditional gas thrower, the Walther PGS uses gas cartridges that can be efficiently replaced when worn out.
The Walther Pro Secur / P2P pepper gas cartridge contains an irritant with a 10% concentration and a sharpness of as much as 2 million SHU, which is also effective against intoxicated or drugged persons. SHU determines the amount of capsaicin, the substance responsible for the sensation of sharpness.
The gas acts instantly on pain receptors, causes a burning sensation and disrupts the nervous system. An attacker treated with the gas experiences irritation of the mucous membranes of the nose and throat, intense watering of the eyes, disorientation and impaired perception.
Depending on the tolerance to capsaicin, the effects of the gas last for up to 45 minutes, giving us time to move away and call for help. Pepper gas, in the form of a concentrated jet of gel, has an effective range of up to 6 meters.
Easy operation
The device is distinguished from the previous generation by its integrated 200-lumen flashlight, activated via a grip fuse. Thus, all you need to do is grip the blaster in the correct way, and it will activate the light source and, in the process, prepare to shoot.The P2P PGS II is distinguished by its simple and instinctive operation. In a threatening situation, the user only needs to point the blaster towards the attacker and squeeze the trigger. The cartridge is sufficient for several short gas applications (maximum 5).
Replacing a used cartridge is simple. To do this, pull back the lock slide, lift the barrel block and replace the cartridge with a new one. Even in a stressful situation, this action takes only a few seconds.
