The third generation, 25-round magazine in 7.62 x 51 mm / .308 caliber was created to meet the demands of shooters operating in the toughest conditions.
Features of the Magpul 7.62 x 51 / .308 PMAG 25 magazine:

Magpul PMAG compatible with many types of weapons
Magpul PMAG version 3 magazines have all the advantages of its predecessor, using new materials and allowing for use with many weapon models like the S&W M&P 10 and Noveske Gen III N6. The design is adapted to longer ammunition than SAAMI-spec match, up to a maximum length of 71.88 mm.
Magazines adapted to shooters' needs
An anti-glare finished window allows quick assessment of the amount of ammunition remaining in the magazine, thanks to markings on the pusher and barrel. The foot is tapered to make it easier to retrieve from the loader.
NOTE: The magazine is compatible with older Bushmaster .308 ORC, Remington R-25, and DPMS LR308 rifles, but has not been optimized to function with the breech latch on newer versions based on the DPMS GII. It is also not compatible with Armalite AR-10B, Springfield Armory M1A, Rock River Arms LAR8, FN SCAR 17S, PTR-91, HK417, or any models using magazine patterns from the M14, FN FAL, or HK 91/G3.
