A tool for heavy-duty tasks
The P181-B1 is a knife for tactical, rescue and situations where you need a tool with a tough tip, and an aggressive cutting edge.
The P181-B1 knife has a full-tang (full shank) construction, which means that it is made from a single piece of steel, with the head at its widest point 4.5 mm thick. Such parameters guarantee the functionality and durability of the knife and make it suitable for demanding tasks.
The back section of the ridge was raised and transverse cutters were made on it, allowing the finger to rest stably while working. Holes have been made in the hilt and the dorsal section of the blade, allowing the safety line to be woven in.
Knives of such construction are resistant to damage and are not afraid of hard work, which is why they are commonly used by soldiers, military, survival and bushcraft enthusiasts.
One blade, many possibilities
The profile of the blade is a kind of hybrid, in which a strong tip and a double grind stand out, significantly increasing the functionality of the knife. A flat grind is used on the hilt, thus increasing the strength of the tip.
In the middle part, the blade has a concave grind, which retains sharpness for a long time and allows precision work. A finger choil cutout at the bottom of the blade makes it easier to guide the knife with precision.
Swedish stainless steel in the Ruike F181-W knife.
The 115mm long blade is made of Swedish 14C28N stainless steel hardened between 58-60 HRC. Due to the high purity of the alloy, 14C28N steel is distinguished by its high hardness, corrosion resistance and, importantly for the user, long retention of working sharpness.
Another advantage of Swedish 14C28N steel is also its ease of sharpening, so any knife user can handle this activity without having to buy expensive or specialized whetstones.
Stable grip
For the comfort of operating the knife is responsible for the profiled handle, which is formed by facings of milled laminate G-10. The characteristic ribbing provides high grip and stability of the grip.
The knife's handle is finished with a steel ring, allowing you to instantly change the grip, as well as use it as a beater or emergency glass breaker.
Practical sheath
To carry the knife on your belt, there is a lightweight and durable polymer sheath, equipped with a swivel clip that allows you to position it at a convenient angle.
