The tactical goggles use a polycarbonate protective lens that meets EN.166 B, ANSI HVP standards. Thanks to the Anti-Fog coating, fogging of the visor is practically impossible. The evaporation phenomenon is further reduced by vents located in the upper part of the frame.
The protective goggles for shooters have an elastic SPEAR strap with a convenient Tri-Glide adjustment system and quick release. The Wiley X Spear g oggles are compatible with Wiley X ARC Rail Attachment System (RAS) straps, which allow the goggles to be attached to ballistic helmet rails in an instant. The Facial Cavity gasket (detachable from the frame) protects your vision from the elements and effectively stops wind, dust, dirt and other debris that can irritate your eyes. It is also responsible for, blocking outside light that can reduce the optical performance of the goggles. Wiley X Spear goggles have a low profile compatible with night vision systems. It comes with 2 protective lenses for different purposes.
Gray
Gray lenses absorb all colors equally, so you retain the same color perception as without sunglasses. Gray lenses work best in bright sunlight, providing maximum light reflection reduction. Ideal for outdoor activities on sunny days. Provide 100% UVA/UVB protection. Light transmission level: 15%.
Clear
Clear lenses provide maximum light transmission for natural color perception. Ideal for foggy or cloudy weather, dusk/dawn use and indoor use. Recommended for indoor sports, shooting and hunting in the early morning hours. They provide 100% UVA/UVB protection, with a light transmission level of 89%.
