Kore Essentials Battle Belt - modular tactical belt with increased rigidity
The modular tactical Battle Belt consists of an outer MOLLE belt and an inner Velcro Liner belt worn in the belt loops of the pants, which securely holds the weight of the battle belt with Velcro webbing. One of the things that sets the Kore Essential belts apart from the competition is the precise and convenient way to adjust the length. This is achieved thanks to the Hidden-Track system using a special guide with a 20-step micro adjustment, and the belt can be easily adjusted to fit waist sizes from 61 to 122 cm.
The operation of the system is similar to the solution used in the popular cable tie, the so-called tritecord, and is based on a serrated guide and a ratchet buckle that securely locks onto polymer tabs. The circumference of the outer belt is adjusted using a metal buckle equipped with a spring-loaded locking device. This functionality allows quick adjustment of the belt circumference without having to remove or even unbuckle it, which in field conditions is of great importance for user comfort. The MOLLE attachment system is formed by nylon webbing with quadruple stitching, which, according to the manufacturer, can withstand loads of up to 227 kg.
The outer MOLLE tactical belt consists of 3 layers:
- Outer - made of Nylon Web fiber with 2 two rows of MOLLE straps for attaching equipment.
- Middle - indestructible Power-Core reinforcement responsible for the rigidity and strength of the entire structure.
- Internal - comfortable Super-Fiber padding covering the Power-Core reinforcement.
The element responsible for the comfort of wearing a heavy equipment belt is, of course, a properly designed inner belt. Kore Essentials has used elastic inserts that allow the user to adjust the circumference of the outer and inner belt at the same time.
