Boot Wool is sewn from merino wool - a natural material known for its optimal moisture wicking and ability to retain heat, even when wet. The material's characteristics mean that the socks create an optimal climate for the foot and minimize the risk of chafing. The admixture of plastics - nylon, elastane and acrylic - provides the necessary flexibility and durability. In order to further minimize the risk of chafing, the seam was placed under the foot.
