The Zero Tolerance ZT 0545 folding knife is an ultra-lightweight folder featuring a premium CPM MagnaCut steel bearing head, carbon fiber and titanium liners, and a solid Frame Lock.

The blade in the ZT 0545 knife was created from high-quality American tool steel
The knife has an 81mm long blade, made of super CPM MagnaCut steel produced with powder technology. The main difference between CPM MagnaCut steel and other stainless steels is the amount of chromium. The elimination of chromium carbides from the steel's composition has resulted in a fine microstructure, making CPM MagnaCut much easier to sharpen compared to steels with similar wear resistance.
CPM MagnaCut combines the strength of CPM-4V, the corrosion resistance of CPM-20CV, the retention of CPM-CruWear/ CPM-4V, and an impressive hardness of as much as 60-63 HRC, so that it is now considered one of the world's best steels used in factory-made knives.
Utility head
The utilitarian Clip Point profile blade is finished using the Stonewash method, which reduces the formation of small scratches that occur during use.
Transverse frets have been made on the back of the ridge, allowing a stable finger rest during planing or precision cutting.
The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 2.3 mm, which is a compromise between durability and functionality of the knife in everyday work.
Convenient unfolding of the Zero Tolerance folder
The blade is unfolded with one hand using a milled flipper, a solution convenient for both right- and left-handed users.
KVT ball bearings were installed on the axis of the head, thanks to which the blade works very smoothly and dynamically, which every user will appreciate during everyday use.
A monolithic Frame Lock equipped with a hardened steel insert against titanium abrasion effectively protects the head from accidental folding.
Frame Lock is a solid lock considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms, characterized by resistance to dirt and very comfortable operation.

The knife has titanium and carbon fiber facings, which emphasize the design and character of the ZT 0545 folder. The ergonomically profiled handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing high comfort and an extremely safe grip, which is especially important for heavier work.
The clip, which can be screwed onto the right or left lining, has not been forgotten either. The Deep Carry clip makes it possible to carry the knife discreetly, deeply embedded in a trouser pocket.
