The Zero Tolerance ZT 0450 BLUE CF is one of the most successful fruits of Zero Tolerance's collaboration with Belarusian designer Dmitry Sinkevich, who has launched a series of designer, highly functional everyday knives produced from the highest quality materials.

Theknife has an 83mm long blade, made of super CPM MagnaCut steel produced with powder technology. The main difference between CPM MagnaCut steel and other stainless steels is the amount of chromium. The elimination of chromium carbides from the steel's composition has resulted in a fine microstructure, making CPM MagnaCut much easier to sharpen compared to steels with similar wear resistance.
CPM MagnaCut combines the strength of CPM-4V, the corrosion resistance of CPM-20CV, the retention of CPM-CruWear/ CPM-4V, and an impressive hardness of as much as 60-63 HRC, making it now regarded as one of the world's best steels used in factory-made knives.
Instant unfolding of the ZT Folder
The blade is unfolded with one hand using a milled flipper, a solution convenient for both right- and left-handed users. KVT ball bearings were installed on the axis of the head, thanks to which the blade works very smoothly and dynamically, making the daily use of the knife a pure pleasure.
Work safety
A monolithic frame-lock equipped with a hardened steel insert against titanium abrasioneffectively protects the head from accidental folding. Frame-lock is a solid lock considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms, characterized by resistance to dirt and very comfortable operation.

The knife has titanium and carbon fiber facings (in black and blue), which emphasize the design and character of the ZT 0545 Folder. The ergonomically profiled handle fits perfectly in the hand, providing high comfort and an extremely secure grip, which is especially important for heavier work.
The clip, which can be screwed onto the right or left lining, has not been forgotten either. The Deep Carry clip makes it possible to carry the knife discreetly, deeply embedded in a trouser pocket.
