Reliability in all conditions - IP67 and solar panel
The GLx MD-21S is designed to operate in extreme conditions. It has an IP67 waterproof rating, so it won't be intimidated by rain, dust or mud. And the solar panel on top of the housing supports the collimator's operation in situations when the CR2032 battery is nearing the end of its life - which, incidentally, is indicated by the built-in low battery indicator.
