TheLeupold Mark 4HD 6-24x52 is a scope designed for hunters and sport shooters, featuring a Professional-Grade Optical System that brightens the image in all conditions and a precipitation adjustment knob that allows a quick return to a pre-set zero.
Modern technologies
The spotting scope has a 34 mm diameter aluminum (6061-T6) tube, which, unlike the inch version, provides a much greater range of adjustment of the reticle settings of as much as 170 MOA vertically and horizontally. On the eyepiece there is a moleskin Fast Focus ring for quick and convenient magnification changes. The scope's tube is filled with a patented gas mixture (argon and krypton), which eliminates the effects of thermal shock, reduces gas diffusion inside the scope and completely eliminates the problem of internal lens evaporation.
The waterproofing technology used guarantees 100 percent weather resistance. The scope underwent rigorous testing on the Punisher simulation machine, during which the scopes were subjected to 5,000 recoil endurance tests. The machine generates shocks with an energy 3× greater than the recoil of a .308 rifle.
Perfectly bright and clear image
The American manufacturer Leupold places special emphasis on image quality and brightness. The optical system uses premium lenses and a Professional-Grade Optical System responsible for high light transmission, and reducing stray light. Multilayer coatings increase blue and red light transmission and balance colors to maximize contrast. Glare is offset with special mechanical structures and blackened lens edges.
Locking reels with a quick zeroing system
The scope uses a practical Zero Lock zeroing system, which prevents accidental changes of settings and allows instant return to the original settings without the need for additional tools. The use of the Zero Lock System eliminates the possibility of accidentally changing the elevation settings while allowing a quick and precise return to zero.
Parallax adjustment
The side parallax knob allows you to smoothly compensate for parallax error (viewpoint error affecting the aiming point) by taking your eyes off the target. Parallax correction allows you to fine-tune the focus of the image depending on the distance you are shooting.
