TheGlock 17 MOS gen 5 4.5 mm is a diabolo pellet wind gun, which is a faithful replica of the Austrian Glock 17 pistol. A wind gun with a metal lock and blowback system, realistically imitating the recoil of the weapon after firing. The MOS version is equipped with an undercut on the breech that allows mounting a collimator in the most popular standards.

Like the combat version, the Glock 17 gen 5 air rifle has a metal lock and a polymer frame with a non-slip textured finish that matches the original. The gun has a double-sided breech drop lever, an enlarged magazine catch and an integrated funnel to facilitate magazine replacement. It's worth noting that the dimensions of the air rifle are so compatible with the original that standard firearm holsters can be used to carry the gun.
After mounting the capsule and loading the shotgun, the weight of the windgun is almost the same as that of a real Glock 17 generation 5 pistol (without ammunition). The air rifle shoots standard 4.5mm diabolo shot, which is significantly superior to steel BB shot in accuracy. The magazine, which extends from the handle, has a compartment for a 12gCO2 capsule and a polymer cartridge with a capacity of 21 4.5mm diabolo shots. It is recommended to use only mushroom and flat shot for shooting. Replacement of the feed capsule is quick and requires only an allen wrench, with which you unscrew/tighten the screw hidden under the magazine foot.
The CO2 supply allowed the use of the blow-back system. After firing a shot, part of the gas is redirected to reject the breech backwards, thus mimicking the recoil of a firearm. The effective and noticeable "kick" of the airgun makes shooting the Glock 17 gen 5 airgun much more fun and enjoyable. One capsule allows you to fire up to 60 shots with a leveled initial velocity of 110 m/s, which is a very good result for a blowback airgun. Keep in mind that the performance of the shots, is most affected by the air temperature and the dynamics with which you shoot.

The Glock 17 gen 5 volleyball has a DAO (self-locking) trigger mechanism and a trigger fuse, which prevents accidental shots and forces the correct position of the finger on the trigger tongue. This solution is implemented from the Safe Action mechanism used in the Glock series. The revolver has most of the unique features of the Glock 17 Generation 5 combat pistol, i.e. textured grip, enlarged magazine release and accessory rail.
The pistol uses fixed sighting instruments, i.e. a white dot bow tie and bezel-mounted sights. Contrasting markings speed up the ripping of the instruments, and also allow shooting in low or residual light. In addition, the MOS undercut located on the breech allows mounting a collimator in Docter, Trijicon, C-More or Leupold standards. In the front part of the frame there is a short Picatinny mounting rail, allowing the use of additional shooting accessories such as a laser target pointer or flashlight. The lock and the frame of the air rifle bear the licensed markings of the Glock company, as well as the pistol's serial number. The air rifle has an additional safety in the form of a slide fuse (in front of the rail), which blocks the operation of the trigger mechanism.
