The Fenix PD32R compact tactical flashlight with 1400 lumen output is a reliable light source for uniformed services, outdoor enthusiasts and search and rescue teams.
The main features of the Fenix PD32R:
- The light source is a powerful Luminus SFT40 LED emitting a flux of 1400 lumens
- Range of up to 344 m achieved by using a smooth SMO reflector
- Powered by the Fenix ARB-L18-3400 rechargeable battery (included)
- Hidden USB TYPE-C fast charging port
- Noiseless tactical switch on the back of the flashlight
- Lightweight and durable A6061-T6 aluminum body
- Hard wearing HAIII type anodized coating
- LED battery level indicator
- Simple interface: 4 brightness levels + strobe mode
- Two springs in the battery compartment to guarantee trouble-free operation
- IP68 protection class - the flashlight is resistant to total immersion in water at a depth of up to 2 m
The flashlight tube is made of anodized aerospace aluminum A6061-T6, which provides resistance to mechanical damage and reduces the weight of the device. Transverse surface mottling prevents the flashlight from slipping from the hand and gives it a modern look. The optical system is protected by a crown (raised head elements), which protects the glass in case of a fall or setting on an uneven surface. Thanks to the use of a spring clip (detachable), the flashlight can be attached and carried on a belt, by a backpack or bag, so that it is within easy reach when needed. The Fenix PD32R tactical flashlight is also compatible with the AER-02 V2.0 gel switch and ALG-15/16 mounts, so it can be used on long guns.
The PD32R meets the protection requirements of IP68, which means that the flashlight is resistant to a drop from a height of 1m, penetration of dust and small solids, and total immersion in water up to a depth of 2m. With such functionality, the Fenix PD32R will be a reliable tool for tactical, outdoor and search and patrol operations. The light source is a monolithic Luminus SST40 directional emitter with a maximum brightness of 1400 lumens and a cool color of 6500 K. The flashlight uses anti-reflective glass with high light transmission and SMO smooth reflector, resulting in a light beam with uniform beam distribution illuminating objects up to 344 meters away. Such parameters allow to illuminate distant places, but also to work effectively in confined spaces.
Applications of the Fenix PD32R flashlight:
- Daily EDC use
- tactical operations
- search and rescue operations
- patrol operations
- outdoor
- hunting
Fenix PD32R - a reliable tactical flashlight with a 5-year warranty
The flashlight is powered by a 18650 type cell with a capacity of 3400 mAh. The battery used ensures long operation time of the flashlight and, what is important, it can also be replaced by 2 CR123 batteries, which will be much better in winter due to their resistance to low temperatures. The battery compartment uses two springs, which guarantee reliability and stability of operation in harsh conditions. The Fenix PD32R has a built-in USB-C port, which allows you to charge the cell without removing it from the flashlight or using an external charger. The hidden charging port is accessed by partially unscrewing the flashlight's head. Such functionality makes the USB port wonderfully protected from moisture, dust and dirt, The flashlight also features an LED indicator that informs the user of the battery charge level. Battery level indications:
- constant green light: 100-85%
- flashing green light: 85-50%
- steady red light: 50-25%
- flashing red light: 25-1%
The flashlight offers 4 continuous light modes: turbo, high, medium, low, eco, and 1 flash mode: strobe. This allows you to precisely adjust the light parameters to the situation and your own needs. To operate the flashlight, a single noiseless button located on the back of the flashlight is used. The switch operates in momentary mode and does not emit a characteristic click, allowing the light to be turned on discreetly. The flashlight remembers the last used brightness level (except for strobe). When turned on again, the flashlight automatically activates in that mode (memory function). The flashlight also features IPO (Intelligent Overheat Protection), which, when the surface is heated up to 60°C, gradually reduces the brightness, allowing the device to cool down.
The parameters shown were obtained under laboratory conditions. Fenix ARB-L18 3400 mAh battery was used during testing.
