It allows locating such artifacts as coins, buttons, jewelry or gold nuggets. The detector has a magnetically-charged Li-Po 4000 mAh battery, which lasts up to 20 hours on a single charge.

The Quest Xpointer II handheld metal detector is used for precise tracking of small objects. There are two control buttons and indicator lights on the non-slip handle. Tuning to the ground is done automatically or manually. Xpointer II has 4 sensitivity levels: low, medium, high and boost. It allows you to choose from 3 modes for signaling your find: sound, vibration and a combination of both. A speaker built into the nut at the end of the handle can be heard clearly. When the speaker is unscrewed, a headphone jack and USB-C charging port are available.
The detector is powered by an integrated 1000 mAh lithium-polymer battery, which lasts for about 14 hours of searching when fully charged. It features an option to indicate the battery level and a function to beep when lost.
