The Nautilus sight offers 8 levels of aiming point brightness. The brightness is adjusted using buttons located on the side of the device. The collimator is powered by a single AAA battery, which provides a long operating time. Vector Optics Nautilus is equipped with a power-saving system, the sensor of which activates the standby mode after 30 minutes of standing still, and the function of automatic shutdown of the device after 4 hours of not moving.
The viewfinder's housing is made of durable aluminum, which provides increased shock resistance and IPX4-compliant waterproofing. The interior of the collimator sight is filled with nitrogen, which eliminates the risk of internal evaporation.
