The wellingtons are made of polyurethane, so they are durable and flexible. Comfort is provided by a soft neoprene lining and a system of adjusting the width of the upper. The uppers are reinforced in critical areas, so that the regions particularly vulnerable to damage (toe and heel) are protected by an additional layer of rubber. The soles have a self-cleaning tread, which provides good traction on slippery and uneven terrain and reduces the sticking of mud and dirt.
