The Ruger Super Wrangler with a 6.5" barrel is a sporting and recreational revolver model in .22 LR (5.6 mm) caliber, which with its design is reminiscent of the already legendary Colt SAA . The weapon is an iconic design for the ,,wild west" period and was amilestone in the field of short firearms, allowing quick shots with fused ammunition and convenient reloading. The revolver itself was also distinguished by its light weight and good ergonomics and reliable operation in all conditions. Ruger, wanting to revive this design, decided to adapt it to the cheap and popular.22 Long Rifle caliber on the market. The design shown is in gold, silver and black.

Single Action trigger mechanism
The model uses a Single Action trigger mechanism (single action only), which is characterized by a short path to the moment the shot is fired and little resistance with which to pull it down. After firing the first shot, the cock needs to be re-tightened, which will rotate the drum with cartridges. The advantage of this solution is, above all, the simple design and the ability to fire precise shots without the risk of breaking.
Rotating drum with a capacity of 6 cartridges
Revolvers are designs in which the role of the magazine is played by a rotating ammunition drum, which is loaded through a special pivoting element in the frame. Cartridges are loaded one at a time into each chamber. After firing all 6 .22 LR cartridges, the shells must be manually disposed of by means of a movable ejector located under the barrel.
Precision 6.5" long barrel
Thanks to the use of a precision barrel with a thread pitch of 1:14" and 6 right-hand grooves, this weapon features high accuracy at short and medium distances. It can be successfully used not only for recreational shooting, but also for more precise, sporting shooting. It will also be perfect as a weapon for historical reenactments.
