The Brother EDC (Every Day Carry)folding knife from Kizer is an excellent folder made of high quality materials. The knife has a slim 89mm long blade, made of hard 154CM tool steel, hardened to a hardness of 58-61 HRC. 154CM is a high-carbon stainless steel enriched with molybdenum, so it can be described as an improved version of 440C.

The blade is set on ceramic ball bearings, thanks to which the knife opens smoothly and provides a high culture of operation. The head with a universal Drop Point profile has been coated with a satin finish to protect it from minor scratches.
Thanks to the button lock, the folder is safe to use. The lock is released by pressing a button located on one of the facings. Under the lock button is a spring, which provides enough resistance to prevent the knife from accidentally opening.
The handle facings are made of G10 - a composite of fiberglass and synthetic resin, lightweight and resistant to mechanical damage. Smoothed edges of the linings improve grip security and make the knife fit well in the hand.
