The HIKMICRO Stellar SQ50L 3.0 thermal imaging spotting scope is based on an advanced 640×512 sensor featuring a pixel size of 12 μm and sensitivity of less than 15 mK. Combined with an excellent OLED-based display, this guarantees an extremely high-contrast and clear image.
The device has a fixed magnification of 3.6 x, which will prove useful when shooting at medium distances. When wishing to use the digital zoom with a maximum value of 26.6 x, the Picture in Picture mode comes to our aid, which allows us to observe an approximate image of the target in a small dedicated area, while still being able to observe the surroundings without zooming in.
