The AT3 Tactical Alpha 2 MOA collimator with green targetmark is the first AT3 brand collimator with a battery saving function(Shake Awake). This allows it to run on a single battery for many years. The model is affordable and has versatile applications. It is also compatible with rifles, carbines (AK, AR15) and shotguns. Versatile application
The AT3 Tactical Alpha was designed as a collimator for long guns, including AR15 and AK carbines , self-repeating rifles or hunting weapons. The body of the collimator was made by precision milling from 6061-T6 aluminum. The device has a lightweight and sturdy construction with a high Absolute Cowitness 185g mount. The model provides stable zero holding even on large-caliber .50 caliber weapons and optics with true 1× magnification without parallax error, so the collimator can be used not only on sporting weapons, but also successfully used for hunting.
Highly resistant design
The AT3 Alpha uses lenses with multi-layer scratch-resistant anti-reflective coatingsto provide a bright, high-contrast and clear target image. The sight has been recoil tested on 5.56, .308, 12GA caliber weapons and even in the extreme weapons test it reliably held zero. The collimator is not only certified for 800g recoil, it also meets IPX7 waterproof standards. This means that the sight is completely resistant to weather conditions and immersion in water at a depth of 1m for 30 minutes. The inside of the barrel is additionally filled with nitrogen gas, which prevents internal fogging of the optics at high pressure differences.
Green aiming point
The sight uses a 2 MOA green dot aiming point, which is great for dynamic and precise shooting. The dot has a total adjustment range of as much as 70 MOA, and its position is changed by means of exposed turrets with a clique value of 0.5 MOA. The dot has 9 brightness settings for daytime (or indoor) shooting and 2 settings designed to work with night vision.
Runs up to 50,000 hours on a single battery
The device has an impressive battery life of more than 50,000 hours on a single battery (about 6 years). It owes this to the use of a power-saving diode and the Shake Awake system, which turns off the sight 15 minutes after the weapon is attached and automatically awakens it, the moment the weapon is moved.
Absolute Cowitness Riser Mount
The AT3 Tactical collimator has a factory-installed Absolute Cowitness Riser Mount of the Cantilever type that moves the optics away from the eye - making it easier to find the dot quickly while still allowing the use of mechanical sighting devices. The Absolute Cowitness mount makes the dot coincide with the aiming line of mechanical aiming instruments. If the collimator is damaged (or the battery is dead), you can still fire accurately without having to remove the optoelectronics.
