The Neptune Spear ULTIMA loader is a versatile and functional open type loader. It is designed to carry magazines for submachine guns and PCC carbines. It is made of flexible and stretch-resistant nylon. The stiffening elements are polymeric and additionally covered with rubber fiber - hypalon.
