The Valhalla Industries Thor Mk2L sound suppressor is designed for use in a self-revolving weapon, with design characteristics that make it suitable for heavy fire. The geometry of the interior, on the other hand, ensures that most of the gases passing through the suppressor are ejected after expansion. This takes place thanks to holes on the front of the suppressor. As a result, only about 20% of the gas volume retreats into the breech chamber, so that weapons equipped with the Thor Mk2L suppressor do not affect the shooter as much with the toxic residues of powder gas combustion.
