Working principle of the rifle
The SXR2 FIELD has a classic gas system based on the discharge of gunpowder gasesthrough a side opening in the barrel onto a short-stroke gas piston. The gunpowder gases acting on the piston push the slide, which then acts on the lock unlocking it. The locking process itself is carried out by rotating the front of the breech equipped with bolts that correspond to the resistance in the barrel chamber extension. Such a solution is characterized by high resistance to the various types of ammunition used.
Safeties and manipulators
The rifle has two types of safety devices. The primary one is a piercing safety incorporated into the breech posture. It can be easily operated by the shooter without taking his hand off the grip. The second safety is a lock that prevents the shooter from firing when the breech is not cocked. To ensure high handling comfort, the rifle is equipped with a breech latch with an enlarged release lever, so you can carry out reloading efficiently, even with gloves or wet hands.
Aiming instruments
The SXR2 uses targeting instruments with a relatively short aiming line. They include a fiber-optic bow tie and a pinniped, which are extremely fast in alignment, which translates into a quick time between spotting a target and firing a shot.
