Principle of operation of the carbine
The PCC pistol operates on the simple principle of a free breech recoil, supported by a return spring. It is made of steel. The reloading lever is located as in AR carbines, just behind the breech chamber. As a result, it is easily accessible for left- and right-handed users. What's more, it doesn't move during firing. The disassembly of the weapon is almost identical to that of the AR-15.
Safety features of the DD PCC carbine
The carbine has two types of safety features. The primary one is a winged safety located on either side of the trigger chamber, just above the thumb. It can be easily operated by the shooter without taking his hand off the grip. The second safety is an internal lock that prevents the shooter from firing when the lock is not engaged.
Compatibility with military specifications
The weapon was made in Mil-Spec-compliant specifications, so you can easily replace the buttstock, pistol grip, foregrip, manipulators, trigger tongue with others. The model is an excellent choice for those who plan to make intensive changes to the internal parts of the weapon. It will also be perfect for those beginning their adventure with dynamic shooting.
Precision and thick-walled SBR barrel
The Daniel Defence PCC carbine is equipped with a cold-forged heavy barrel measuring 8.3 inches (21.1 cm) in length with a thread pitch of 1:10. At the end is a 1/2 × 28 TPI thread, on which a Daniel Defence A2 proprietary flame suppressor has been screwed.
