The Sig-Sauer P320 Optics Ready is Sig Sauer 's latest self-revolving pistol, adapted to the 9 × 19 mm caliber. The model was created as a design to replace the Beretta pistols used so far, with a modern design based on a polymer frame, which also came to fruition. A distinctive feature of the pistol is the interchangeable trigger and breech guide assembly, which takes the form of an insert that slides into the pistol's skeleton. Significantly, this is the key element of the weapon, on which the numbering is imprinted. Such a solution makes it possible toeasily replace the skeleton with a different shape or color without registering another weapon. In addition, the P320 is based on proven design solutions that have become a standard among cockless short firearms. A cutout has been located on the top of the breech to allow the installation of a dozen or so commercially available collimators (Optics Ready). The model is available in black.

Action mechanism of the Sig-Sauer P320 pistol
The pistol is a classic weapon for 9 × 19 mm centerfire ammunition. Due to its high energy, a solid lock and an operating principle based on a short barrel recoil with its locking by vertical recoil (a typical Browning system) were used here. A shell ejection window serves as the locking resistance. A strong return spring further reduces the sensation of recoil acting on the shooter.
Safety features and manipulators
The pistol has no external manual safeties. The primary one is an internal firing pin lock. The magazine release button is integrated into the base of the bail. Just above it is located a lever dropping the lock from its rear position after the last shot. For unfolding the weapon there are duplicated levers on both sides of the frame.
Aiming instruments on the P320
The weapon has adjustable mechanical sighting instruments. They are in the form of a musket and an adjustable scimitar. They are equipped with bright dots to facilitate aiming.
The barrel used in the gun
A forged 4.7" (119 mm) barrel made of stainless steel was used here. It has a right-hand thread with 6 furrows.
Capacious magazine in the Sig-Sauer P320
The pistol has a metal magazine for 17 rounds + 1 in the chamber. The grip has an ergonomic angle and is covered with an anti-slip texture.
