The KMR S-02 Optics Ready pistol with a 6" barrel in .22 LR caliber is a full-size self-revolving pistol, structurally based on CZ brand pistols. The weapon is equipped with an all-metal frame and lock and slightly improved ergonomics, adapted to today's standards. The pistol is a weapon with a cocked shock mechanism, operating in single and double action (DA/SA) modes. The breech guides are located inside the frame and along its entire length, resulting in smoother operation. Aggressive stippling on the grip and liners prevents the gun from shifting in the hand and increases control when firing. Distinctive targeting instruments with fiber-optic points for easy alignment speed up accurate doublets. A feature of the pistol is that it is equipped with M4 slots on the frame, allowing the installation of additional components to improve ergonomics. The model comes in dual-tone color : brown and black.

Targeting Instruments
The KMR S-02 pistol is equipped with high and adjustable mechanical sighting instruments (a fiber-optic musket and scimitar). On the side of the frame, above the bail, M4 holes are placed. These make it possible to install, for example, a finger rest. In addition, the gun is equipped with a plate for mounting a small collimator (Optic Ready).
Mechanism of operation
The pistol is powered by 22 LR ammunition . Due to its low energy, a proven solution in the form of a free breech supported by a return spring was used here. The notches for pulling back the breech are wide and applied also on the front, which facilitates the use of the so-called "press check,,,.
Safeties and manipulators
The gun has two types of essential safety features. The primary one is a double-sided wing fuse located on the frame, just above the thumb. It has ergonomics similar to the M1911 pistol. The second is an internal firing pin lock. An enlarged magazine release button is integrated into the base of the bail. Right next to it is located a wide breech drop lever from the rear position after the last shot.
Magazine and grip
The KMR S-02 pistol has a metal magazine inserted into the grip with a capacity of 10+1 rounds. The ergonomically angled grip is covered with interchangeable pads with stippling.
