Thanks to the reduction in size and weight while maintaining the same excellent reliability, CZ Shadow 2 Compact will be an ideal choice for practical competitions. The high accuracy of the CZ Shadow 2 Compact pistol is influenced by internal guides along the entire length of the frame and a precision barrel. The adjustable pin barrel allows to increase the effectiveness of shooting at different distances. The pistol is fully prepared for mounting optics in the form of a collimator (Optics Ready). The presented kit includes a pre-installed Holosun brand micro collimator. The model is in dark brown color with Cerakote coating.

Optics Ready System
The CZ Compact pistol is adapted for mounting a collimator sight. The mounting base is compatible with collimators of the most popular brands (Vortex, Meopta, Trijicon, Leupold). The plate and screws in the mounting base are characterized by high strength due to undergoing a nitriding process. The possibility of mounting a collimator sight allows the gun to be used in OR class.
DA/SA trigger mechanism
The CZ Shadow uses a single-action and double-action (DA/SA) trigger mechanism, which is characterized by a short path to the moment of firing and little resistance with which to pull it down. The main advantage of this solution is its simple design and the ability to fire precise shots without the risk of breakage. The trigger when the cock is lowered (DA) is characterized by a longer path to the moment of pull and greater resistance, but the shooter does not have to manually pull back the cock every time.
Mechanism of operation of the pistol
CZ Shadow is a classic weapon for 9x19 mm centerfire ammunition . Due to its high energy, a massive lock and an operating principle based on short barrel recoil with its locking by vertical recoil were used here. Notches in the upper part of the breech serve as locking resistances.
Targeting instruments and 22mm rail
The model has adjustable mechanical sighting instruments. They consist of a comb and a bowtie with a fiber optic for easier alignment of the two elements with each other, and thus easier aiming. In addition, on the underside of the frame there is a mounting rail in the Picantinny 22 mm standard. It allows installation of a laser pointer, flashlight or trainer.
