The Colt SAA (Single Action Army) .45 Smoke Wagon with a 5.5" barrel is a recreational air rifle suitable for shooting 4.5mm BB pellets. This model is a superbly crafted replica of Colt's flammable prototype, which was an iconic weapon associated with the period of the , "Wild West". This revolver, due to its handiness, ergonomics and rapid firing rate, changed the face of many a battlefield. The structure of the air rifle is made of practically all heavy metal with small plastic elements (grip facings). The model comes in silver and gold, intended to imitate one of the most prestige varieties of the Colt SAA.

The wind wagon uses a 5.5-inch barrel, so we can shoot accurately at short and medium distances from the revolver after just a short training. The use of a barrel with a length of 13.97 cm made it possible to generate a shotgun discharge velocity of 120 m/s.
Targeting instruments of the air rifle
The windcheater uses standard mechanical sighting instruments for the times in which it was created. They include a low-profile, non-adjustable musket, which is an integral part of the barrel. In contrast, a cutout in the frame, just above the cartridge barrel, serves as the pincer. Nonetheless, these instruments allow comfortable and, above all, accurate shooting with a windcheater.
Rotating drum loaded with shells
The revolver has a very realistic loading system, perfectly mimicking the mechanism of a real Colt SA, consisting of a rotating drum and metal dummy cartridges (adapters), into which the shot must be inserted in advance. The drum's charging port is located on the right side and is secured by a pivoting flap, which is also the case in the flammable prototype. It is worth noting that the adapters are reusable, but for greater convenience it is worth getting an extra set, which greatly speeds up the loading and the level of fun. The drum has a capacity of 6 shotgun shells/adapters.
Powered by a CO2 capsule
The revolver is powered by compressed carbon dioxide from a 12 gram CO2 capsule. The fired shot reaches a high initial velocity of about 120 m/s, which allows accurate shooting at a distance of up to 30 m. Loading and replacing the capsule is very easy, just detach the polymer grip liner, place the capsule in the port and tighten it with an allen key. The mounting key is permanently attached to the liner, so there is no risk of losing it.
Single Action trigger mechanism
The presented model uses aSingle Action trigger mechanism(single action only), which is characterized by a short path to the moment of firing and little resistance with which to pull it down. After the first shot is fired, the cock must be manually tightened again, which will also rotate the cartridge drum and prepare a fresh adapter with a shotgun shell for firing. The advantage of this solution is, first of all, the simplicity of the design and the ability to fire precise shots without the risk of breakage.
