Premium stainless steel in the Kizer Zero knife
The 82mm long blade is made of CPM-S45VN powder steel hardened to 59-61 HRC. CPM S45VN was introduced to the market by US-based Crucible Industries in 2019, and was created as a development of S35N steel improving its qualities in terms of greater corrosion resistance and increased strength. Thanks to its high chromium content and high amount of vanadium carbides, it has exceptionally good corrosion and wear resistance, and retains sharpness for a very long time.
When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very labor-intensive and inefficient.
Intuitive operation - quick Front Flipper and Frame Lock
The knife opens with the intuitive Front Flipper, which provides instant and smooth access to the blade. The secure Frame Lock protects against accidental folding of the blade, guaranteeing maximum safety of use.
Frame Lock is a solid lock considered one of the most durable locking mechanisms, featuring dirt resistance and very comfortable operation.
Titanium and aluminum handle - style, comfort and safety
The sturdy gray titanium handle is enhanced with striking black overlays made of anodized aluminum. Such a combination not only catches the eye with its unconventional style, but also provides a comfortable, secure grip. The handle, measuring 124 mm, is lightweight yet sturdy, which translates into comfort even during long hours of knife use.
The Kizer Zero is equipped with advanced features to improve grip confidence, with a pronounced serration (jimping) on the back of the blade for increased safety and stability during precision tasks. In addition, the titanium facings are finished with a striking wavy milling, which not only gives the whole thing a modern, tactical look, but most importantly guarantees a non-slip grip.
A solid titanium clip allows you to discreetly carry the folder in your pocket in Tip-Up orientation (right side).
Exceptional lightness and ergonomics - EDC at the highest level
Weighing just 106 grams, the Kizer Zero Ki3664A2 is an ideal choice for everyday carry. Its balanced design makes the knife virtually imperceptible in your pocket, yet always ready for action.
Every detail - from the blade finish to the unconventional yellow inserts - emphasizes the knife's unique character. The Kizer Zero is the choice for people who expect more than the standard from a tool - style, functionality and prestige in one.
