Instructions for use:
Place the sharpener on a flat, smooth surface. Use the suction cup to immobilize the sharpener. Sharpen the knife using one or two sharpening steps, depending on how dull the knife is. Try to keep the knives at right angles to the sharpening wheels.
Degree 1 - diamond wheels with a gradation of 360.
Use this step only if the knife is really dull, or if you want to sharpen a ceramic knife. To sharpen the knife, slide it (pressing lightly) through the slot several times
Grade 2 - ceramic wheels with a gradation of 1200.
This step is used to smooth the blade. It can be used frequently to sharpen the knife. To smooth the knife - several times, gently move the blade through the slot.
