The Ganzo Touch Pro model is the basic model of the sharpening system in which the base is fixed to the ground with suction cups and legs extending from the body.

The base of the sharpener is designed so that the sharpening process takes place in a safe and convenient way. The base system allows you to stably fix the knife and adjust the appropriate angle of sharpening.

With four ceramic stones of different gradations, we are able to perform a full cycle of sharpening or repairing a damaged cutting edge.

The Ganzo Touch Pro set includes four ceramic stones of 120, 320, 600, 1500 gradation. sharpening system along with guides and accessories such as a marker and cleaning cloth. The whole set is packaged in a functional carrying case.
