Lansky Responder 7 knife + sharpener PSMED01 is a unique set that includes the Responder 7 edc knife and the iconic Blade Medic sharpener.

Knife

TheLansky Responder 7 is an everyday knife based on the Responder X9 tactical folder by Mikkel Willumsen.

The blade of the knife is made of the highly regarded Chinese 9Cr13MoV stainless steel, characterized by corrosion resistance, good sharpness retention and hardened to 58-59 HRC.

A steel with such parameters is the optimal choice for those looking for an efficient everyday tool that can be sharpened with any sharpener. The blade profile is a combination of drop-point and reverse tanto.

The blade can be instantly unfolded one-handed in several ways: with a flipper, a double-sided peg and a cutout in the blade. A liner-lock, valued for its strength and ease of use, is responsible for the safety of operation.

The handle of the knife is formed by contoured liners made of durable ballistic nylon. A steel spacer protruding from the handle serves as a beater and a hook for a line.

Sharpener

TheLansky Blademedic PS-MED01 is auniversal travel-type sharpener, with the help of which you can sharpen almost any type of knife, from kitchen knives, hunting knives, everyday knives and survival tools.

The whetstone has small dimensions and a solid metal construction, so it can accompany us during any form of outdoor activity.

In addition to the fold-out diamond rod, the sharpener has no moving parts, which effectively increases its durability and reliability. Blademedic has 4 sharpening zones, allowing pre-sharpening and polishing of knives with both smooth and serrated blades.

The sharpening angles of the V-type sharpeners are fixed at 22.5° per side (45° total). A hole in the housing allows braiding a cord or decorative paracord braid.
