Variable magnification optics in the range of 3 to 9 having a 40mm objective lens. The lenses contain anti-reflective coatings, and the gas-filled interior of the spotting scope provides very good light transmission and prevents fogging of the lenses and water resistance. The scope uses a Mil-dot reticle sighting crosshair. The reinforcement of the housing makes it resistant to vibrations and shocks.
