We have received information that the Umarex ReadyAir Compressor available in our offer may pose a potential risk of injury to the user and/or third parties due to a material defect in a screw attached to the compressor.
Therefore, Umarex has issued the following statement:
Product Recall: 2.0048 - Umarex ReadyAir Compressor
Due to the increased risk of injury.
During use, there is a risk of material failure in the bleed screw of the Umarex ReadyAir Compressor, which could result in uncontrolled ejection of metal parts at high speed.
For your safety and the safety of others, please immediately stop selling and using the Umarex ReadyAir Compressor.
Consequently, Umarex is recalling the Umarex ReadyAir Compressor from the market and requests that all customers return the device to the vendor/supplier to enable free repairs.
