    The purchased product did not meet your expectations and you want to return it? All you have to do is follow the instructions below.

  1. Have you bought a product that you aren’t happy with?

    If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased from us, you can return it within 14 days from a date of your purchase, without giving us a reason.

  2. All you need to do is to follow the steps below:

    • Please complete the enclosed return form and place it in the package you're returning.

    • Prepare a copy of your receipt or VAT invoice and the original of the enclosed warranty card. If you have received free gifts for your product, you should also attach them to the package.
