Ganzo G801 - is the first knife of this manufacturer based on a fixed full tang blade.
Being a typical expedition knife, the G801 catches the eye with its modern design and the impression of a solid blade created for special tasks.
The 440 stainless steel combined with the 5 mm thick full tang blade clearly define what the new Ganzo knife was created for. Chopping and "batoning" will not be impressed, and the more than 11 cm long cutting edge gives comfort and convenience when handling the G801. Interestingly, the blade is fully removable from the handle - just unscrew the rear nut that locks the blade with the tang, and the nut itself, in turn, serves as a glass breaker. It is also worth mentioning at this point a special profile on the upper edge of the blade prepared for the use of a flint.
However, not only the knife is important here, the Ganzo G801 sheath is full of surprises! On its outer side there is a magnesium flint with which you can easily light a fire. Going further along the edge of the sheath we will find a cutter (removable!) for fishing lines, belts, etc., as well as an eyelet prepared for a rope, giving us many options for attaching the knife. On the inside we find a whetstone that allows us to quickly and efficiently sharpen our "handy Rambo" in the field. The sheath is made of ABS plastic, while its finish is made of cordura material with an eyelet allowing us to attach it to our belt.
The new Ganzo was prepared in four color variants, which are united by a bright green marker placed on the handle of each G801.
Ganzo G801 knife is a design for adventurers, active people, created for difficult and demanding ventures, a great companion for good and bad!
