TheIWI Jericho B 4.5mm BB CO2 is a modern wind gun that shoots BB's, equipped with a heavy metal lock, contoured grip and Picatinny accessory rail.
A faithful replica of the
The IWI Jericho B 4.5mm BB CO2 is an air replica of the Israeli Jericho 941 pistol, also called the Baby Eagle, referring to the well-known Desert Eagle model.
The airgun is characterized by good fit and finish of the construction, in which we can distinguish the heavy metal lock (movable) and polymer frame, referring to the construction of the original.
As in the original, the pistol has an enlarged breech, a skeleton with an accessory rail, a wing fuse and a ribbed lock in the front and rear. The pistol' s grip has contoured finger cutouts and fine non-slip texturing consistent with the texture of firearm linings.
The above-mentioned solutions make the airgun fit very well and comfortably in almost any hand. The windcheater has mechanical aiming instruments, marked with contrasting white dots, allowing for quicker alignment of the bowtie and the pinkie and easier "entry into the target".
The pistol's breech is movable, allowing it to be "dry" reloaded. However, it should be noted that the pistol does not have a blow-back system, so the lock "does not work" when firing.
All gun and militaria enthusiasts will be pleased to know that the wind gun bears the licensed manufacturer's markings of Israel Military Industries.
Efficient power supply
The air rifle is powered by a 12gCO2 capsule, mounted in a metal magazine. The compressed carbon dioxide gives the fired BB's a velocity of up to 115 m/s and allows accurate shooting at a distance of about 20 meters.
A good qualityCO2 cartridgeallows you to fire about 60 aligned shots. The number of shots is mainly dependent on the air temperature, shooting dynamics and proper maintenance of the airgun. It is also important to remember that aCO2 capsule (punctured) can be left in the windgun for a maximum of 48 hours.
After this time, the capsule must be removed or "fired". Installation and replacement of the capsule are very simple, requiring only inserting the capsule into the magazine and tightening it with the included allen wrench.
Steel BB's shot
The magazine, which slides out of the handle, holds up to 23 BB's 4.46mm steel shot, which are best suited for recreational shooting at reactive targets, cans, bottles, etc.
The magazine feeder can be locked in the lower position, this allows for gravity loading of the shotgun directly from the container.
Unlike lead shot, BB'S do not deform even under pressure, so they can be safely loaded into high-capacity magazines.
DAO trigger mechanism
The air rifle uses a DAO (double action only) trigger mechanism, which allows shooting with self-trigger only.
The advantage of this solution is, first of all, simple and instinctive operation, which makes the IWI Jericho B 4.5 mm BB CO2 air rifle great for those starting their adventure with air shooting.
When carrying or storing, the trigger mechanism can be locked with a wing fuse conveniently located within thumb reach on the left side of the frame.
