The T4E TM4 RAM carbine is a shooting system designed for self-defense and safe training of civilians and uniformed services.
The breech chamber (upper receiver) and trigger chamber (lower receiver) are made of anodized aluminum and solid polymer, making the weight of the marker similar to an AR-15 carbine.
The RAM is powered by a single 12gCO2 capsule mounted in a slide-out magazine with a capacity of 14 .43 caliber bullets. The gas drive gives the fired bullets a high initial velocity of 125 m/s and sets the lock in motion, resulting in a recoil sensation after each shot. OneCO2 capsule allows 14 equal shots with an energy of 7.5 J.
The "blowback" system increases the realism of shooting the carbine and teaches correct manual operation faithfully based on the AR-15 platform. As in the firearm version, after firing all the bullets from the magazine, the lock remains in the rear position, and is released by depressing the slide latch lever.
Depending on the needs and situation, for the T4E TM4 RAM carbine we can use rubber bul lets (for training or training) powder bullets and pepper bullets intended mainly for self-defense, or as a means of direct coercion. The highest effectiveness and versatility of applications is ensured by loading different types of bullets into the magazine simultaneously in a configuration that suits the needs of the shooter. From the carbine we can shoot single and continuous fire. The effective range of the marker is about 20 m.
The other manipulators of the marker, i.e. reloading lever, safety/fire selector, magazine release, function identically to those of a gun, thanks to which training with the marker is carried out with the maximum level of realism.
The marker has a bed with an R.I.S . (Picatinny) rail system and a dorsal rail, on which a rifle scope with adjustable sight adjustment is mounted. The rails allow the use of a wide range of shooting accessories such as a laser target indicator, flashlight and optoelectronic instruments. It comes with 3 protective rail panels, which, when attached, increase grip comfort.
The extendable buttstock is lockable in 4 positions, allowing to adjust the length of the carbine to the anatomy and needs of the shooter. The manufacturer also did not forget about the double-sided attachment of the carry strap (for attaching a single-point belt) and two attachment points for a standard two-point belt.
Realistic handling, a wide range of applications and the ability to conduct safe shooting training make RAM markers of the T4E series increasingly popular with uniformed services and training companies.
