TheLansky LSTCN-CG is a lightweight, portable fixed-angle sharpener with hard tungsten carbide abrasive surfaces.

Sharpening with such a whetstone is extremely easy and requires no experience. To sharpen the cutting edge, you only need to pull the knife through the slot with sharpening plates a few times until you get a satisfactory sharpness.
Thetungsten carbide abrasive surfaces are set at a constant angle of about 22.5° (per side), which is why the Lansky LSTCN-CG is best suited for sharpening kitchen knives and edc tools.
It is worth remembering that the carbide collects steel very aggressively, so when sharpening, do not press the knife, gentle strokes using the weight of the tool itself will suffice.
