TheGanzo Firebird F804 is a rugged kukri-type survival machete with a functional sheath that allows you to carry the tool in several ways.
The machete is made of durable 5CR14 stainless steel, which features high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.
The budget 5CR14 steel is hardened to a hardness of 54-55 HRC, but a blade made of such an alloy sharpens very easily and quickly in field conditions. The kukri-profile head is a perfect solution in a tool designed for heavy tasks.
The center of gravity of the curved blade has been shifted forward, as a result, the hand tires less during work, and the cutting itself is very efficient.
The flat grind is very durable, has good cutting properties, does not wedge during deep cutting, its sharpening is instinctive and simple.
For the comfort of work is responsible for the profiled grip, made of rubberized plastic with a non-slip texture. In the end of the handle there is a hole for weaving in a safety line.
To carry the machete you get a comfortable scabbard made of durable nylon. The sheath has an adjustable strap, which allows you to comfortably carry the machete on your back or shoulder, and two additional straps to stabilize the kukri on the thigh (when worn on the belt).
Two snap fasteners protect the machete from slipping out or getting lost.
