TheKershaw Secret Agent 4007 is a lightweight tactical dagger knife designed to be carried on a hilt or in a boot.
Proven steel
The 112mm long blade is made of popular 8Cr13MoV steel hardened to 57-59 HRC. This Chinese steel has good corrosion resistance and hardenability comparable to AUS6.
The 8Cr13MoV steel blade will be great for everyday use due to its corrosion resistance, good sharpness retention and ease of sharpening, for which a standard whetstone is completely sufficient.
Tactical blade
The slender profile of the blade is a classic dagger (dagger) with a single-sided cutting edge. Thanks to the use of a strong hilt, concave grind and an almost straight cutting edge, the knife has a high penetration ability and handles cutting just as well.
The blade is fully coated with a layer of black oxide, which partially protects the blade from scratches and gives it a tactical look.
Comfortable grip
The knife's handle is made of tough fiberglass-reinforced nylon, which is additionally coated with rubber to increase grip. The grip has a contoured shape and expands at the base of the blade to form a natural hilt, which prevents the hand from slipping on the blade and provides a point of support for the fingers.
There is a clip at the back that allows you to attach a cord or lanyard.
Polymer sheath
Theset includes a sturdy polymer sheath, made by injection molding. A press-on design of the sheath protects the tool from slipping out or getting lost. Depending on your needs, the knife can be carried around the neck, in a boot or in a sheath.
