TheWalther OSK II is a folding outdoor tracker knife, featuring a solid 440C steel blade and an ergonomic handle inspired by the grip of a firearm.
Stainless steel
Theknife has a massive 105mm long blade, made of hardened 440C stainless steel. The steel used has a high impact strength, resists corrosion, holds sharpness well, any user can handle sharpening it, so it is an excellent choice for a field knife.
Special blade
This model of knife uses a blade with a special survivalist profile, in which we can distinguish 3 working areas: a strong hilt and two separated grinds. The grind on the front of the blade will be great for batoning wood, the lower set concave grind is used for planing and debarking. On the back of the blade are applied transverse cutters, which act as a ramp for the thumb.
With this design, the Walther OSK II is a full-fledged field tool that is up to the task at hand. The blade has been fully coated with a black, wear-resistant protective coating, which emphasizes the military style of the knife and prevents glare. Unfolding the blade is facilitated by a cutter running along the blade.
Proven lock
Safety in use is ensured by the proven liner-lock, with a simple and convenient design. The liner-lock has transverse cutters that provide a stable finger rest point for planing or precision cutting.
Pistol grip
High comfort of use is ensured by profiled facings made of durable polymer with matte texture. On the surface of the handle, rubber inserts have been applied in several places, so that the knife does not slip from a wet or slippery hand. The handle styling refers to the grip of Walther brand pistols. At the back of the handle is a steel cord attachment, which can also serve as a glass breaker. To carry the knife on your belt, there is a nylon case with a fastener.
